They scheduled the roof replacement very promptly since my roof was leaking and There was some structural damage to the wood underlying the roof. Comments: These guys are great, full service from initial drawings to final occupancy. I was very impressed with their big picture ability to get the job done on time. The project management and superintendents were great. They actually redesigned some interior walls from my engineer's drawing which made them stronger and saved me money. They have really great subs and were also able to quickly solve some challenging construction issues we faced. Work Description: Replace approx. 1800 squre feet of concrete on our driveway and side of the house.
Comments: Work began on Monday 5/22/17. Concrete was poured on Saturday 5/27/17. First pour of 17' X 30' was below the 4 inches that were contracted to do some places was 3.25 inches. The second pour was for the drive way of approx. 20' X 20' and was very poorly done with the expansion joint looking like a snake was used to align them and some places had approx. 2.5 inches of concrete poured. I spoke with the 3 brothers who came to inspect the work and they agreed to have the concrete removed with jack hammers and have a new driveway poured as well as the remaining side of the house which is approx. 17' X 25'-
