Work Description: Unclog main drain
Comments: Used Crawford Mechanical to unclog a main drain due to water back up. Technician came as scheduled on Monday, used a short drain snake, at a cost of $354.00, but had water back up again by Thursday. Called their office early on Friday to report the problem. This company will not warrant their work and was charging full price to fix the back up problem again. They sent another technician late on Friday "just to look". The man didn't attempt to clear the drain and only offered digging for new exterior pipes as a solution, at a cost of $2,000. The man was rude, disrespectful, unpleasant and clearly didn't want to be there. Contacted supervisor to report but never returned the call. This company offers very poor costumer services, will give you all kind of run around and will take advantage of costumers with plumbing problems. They do not have costumers best interest in mind. Be very cautious and careful to let them into your home.

Work Description: Bill has done every bit of plumbing that has been done in my home for the last 20 years.
Comments: He has been doing work for me for about 20 years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. His people are courteous and thorough.-
