Comments: After or furnace had 2 blow back a and the fire department showed up. We wanted to have the furnace checked out and serviced as required.All that was all they did was to check it out and found nothing. I was told it would be $ 99.00 to come out and check it out and then give us a quote on repairs, they found nothing wrong repairs not thing and are trying to charge us $355.00 that's highway robbery!! They accomplished nothing. We should only pay for the service call $ 99.00

Seems all the stores in the area of 06109 have gone out of business i.e. Lowes, Sears in WHartford. The appointment was originally Mon.
