Work Description: Replace gas valve on furnace.
Comments: I called Caine the morning of New Years Eve. explaining the symptoms of our problem. He said that it was either the thermostat or the gas valve. As I had just replaced the thermostat that narrowed the choice somewhat. Because we were in the middle of a cold snap getting the furnace to work quickly was important to us. Caine was able to get the part that day and showed up early the next morning to do the work. Problem solved..and he did not charge extra for coming on New Years Day. Highly recommend this company for furnace or A/C repairs.Escondido CA
