The Concrete Kings has been in business since 1989, owner Anthony R. Perez has been in the construction industry since 1977 earning (6) license classifications which include A, B, *C53, C27, C36, and the C8 classes.
Mr. Perez has also earned several building inspector's certifications such as the ICC inspectors' certificate and conducts inspections involving defective concrete, general building home inspections and building code inspections throughout all Los Angeles County.

The Concrete King is knowledgeable in most all phases of construction including room additions, remodels; plumbing, electrical, etc. however we enjoy working with concrete, masonry, hardscapes, pool remodeling and landscapes.
There was a time when CC designed and built new swim pools however we voluntarily dissolved the *C53 pool class due to the difficulty obtaining bonding, CC continues to remodel existing pools and we still design new pools/landscapes however, we now outsource new pool construction to our associated and qualified C53 specialty contractors.
Residential or commercial we design, build and remodel almost anything including commercial parking lots, with our A engineering license we are able to install asphalt, curbs and gutters, irrigation, planting/landscape, lighting and even do the parking lot striping.
