Comments: They completed the work in 8 days though in the Agreement it was written in 5 days. The owner Ramum is not a true professional person in his work. First of all he signed the Agreement but did not explain his people clearly what was in the agreement and what we spoke when he came to our house on January 26, 2021 evening. The people came to work on January 27, 2021 they were doing what he ( Ramun) told him and which I did not want, so I was very upset and told them that you have to work what I say and this is my house. Every day I was supervising their work which Ramun did not like it and he was sending me all kinds of messages and he called me over the phone and his tone, voice and talking was unacceptable which I felt harassed. Then when he came one day, he was giving me all kind example saying that " If you paint a pig, he will look like a pig not like a peacock" another one is " I have a problem in my leg, not in my head" is this the way people behave? there are many more things he told me. More over he lied everything what we discussed, then I read the Agreement and he said "Oh I did not read the Agreement? what kind of joke this is, he send the proposal he signed it and he did not read it? They suppose to take the trash which they did not, after telling him his guy Migul took some on last Friday, Feb. 5, and told me that Ramun will take the rest on Saturday, but till today ( Feb.12) he did not come or no phone call. I cleaned up all the spaces so that they can finish the work quickly and smoothly.. I paid him first $1000 and the last day the rest. I got proposal from 4 other company and his was the highest, I choose him as because he understood what I was asking for. Moreover his people are all spanish speaking and everyone in USA do not speak Spanish and this is not an official language. They mess up my house and my yard putting all the paints outside which I saw later as it was a very bad weather and there was a snow. Ramun takes so many contract at one time and make mess with every one I believe that he did with me and his behaviour is very bad, as because I am woman he did not pay any respect and felt insulted and harassed. So many people worked in our house so many times but he was the worst guy I have ever met. With my supervision the work was done nicely as I paid and those are my harden money , every penny counts! If any one wants to hire him please make sure to tape all the conversation as he lies upto your face,Burke VA
