Work Description: Painted front porch railings and spindles; painted guest room with an accent wall; remediated old water stain on ceiling; remediated damage to window sashes: bleached, sanded, stained and urethaned.
Comments: They did what they said they would when they said they would. When they hit snags, they stayed until it was right.
