Work Description: Finding and repairing refrigerant leak in mini split system
Comments: Overall the experience was good. They were able to do the work when needed. However, the price seemed excessive given a total of less than 4 hours was spent for the entire job and no new parts were installed. I don't have the patience to get multiple estimates, and haven't the equipment or knowledge to do the work myself, so I was ripe for their exploitation. Also, Dispatch dropped the ball the day our work was done and failed to inform us that the technicians were en route. I responded with a disproportionately angry call to the office, for which I later apologized. On the up side, all the technicians I met with were professional, friendly, and seemed to know their trade well.Mesa AZ
