Comments: Griffin Service was called, we told them about our problem with our hot water tank. The appointment was set,
Steve was our service man. He came out on a Sat. , checked out the tank.. it couldn't be fixed, Steve explained why,
showed us the problem, he was on the phone making arrangements, to get a new tank . He ordered a new one picked it up, along with everything he needed to put the new one in... just a few hours later the same day, we had hot water once again. Steve is the man to ask for... hard worker, no mess was made, took the old tank away.. great job. Kayla, was in the office on her day off to help with the paperwork, and she also explained any questions we had. Very nice young lady. Thanks to all that worked with us.

Comments: James and Austin came out to look at our dishwasher on a service calls few weeks ago. When they determined it wasn’t a plumbing issue and that the best thing to do was to probably replace the dishwasher, they generously didn’t charge for the service call. They were very nice and my wife and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

that is how i feel right now as I just paid 84 dollars for not even a diagnosis of the problem after I have purchased a total care package from this company. I asked " what happens if it should experience the same issue next weekend am i going to get charged 84 dollars again?"
I had two call 3 times before I was able to get a tech to call me back. I asked for a call from the owner and nothing.
