Hi my name is Helen Anzelmo.
I am the owner of Clean Escape , A residential House Cleaning service .Serving San Diego and surrounding areas .
I've cleaned residential houses ,vacation rentals, move in and outs for
over 7 years .I believe in a clear communication between cleaner and client .
The cleaner and client have a check list which is a clear picture of the services their paying for and for the cleaner tasks that are to be completed. leaving no guess work or skipped tasks left undone .After service is complete the home owner or resident does a walk thru and signs off the cleaner .If anything is forgotten the cleaner addresses that issue if the homeowner is not available the field manager does a walk thru . After job is complete we then ask the client to please rate the service.
I have listened to my clients and their needs . Raising a family and having a career is difficult ,
for many the time off work is very little .In order to enjoy the quality time they do have with their children building memories
of their lives in the most important place is where they call home. And that is our motivation ..
