Work Description: Roof Repair - Asphalt Shingle
Comments: I hired them for 3 roof projects, 2 complete replacements and one repair. With hurricane Ida I expected some delays. The two replacements took 6 weeks to complete. They left one of the vents off, leaving a 12" hole in the roof. It took 2 weeks to get this fixed. The roof repair was the first thing I gave them a deposit on, that was September 9, as of today February 17 they still haven't repaired my roof! I have called and texted Dave multiple times, in the beginning I got a reply, now nothing. I can not recommend them.Metairie LA

Work Description: Hired and paid for roofer to come out and repair the gutter, fascia and softly. Paid the owner way in advanced, which now I realize I should never have done, Did not come out when I was told they would. So now here is Tuesday and no repairs done yet and now we have tropical storm Cindy and my house may have water and wind damage due to the company not coming out when they were supposed to . They are not Dependable and don't keep their word. Never should have paid them in advanced to do a job that is not completed yet and in the meantime, I can have water in my house.
