Comments: I was especially impressed with the conversations I had with Mike Gonzales while still trying to make up my mind about which contractor I would choose for a new air conditioner. I phoned many times with questions about cost, brand, size, guarantee, whether to keep the same heating system, questions my husband wanted answered and the fact that ours is a mobile home, which can cause problems when lacking experience. There must have been about 8 or 9 calls. Mike was very courteous and thorough each time, assuring me that he had 11 years experience with mobile homes and coming across as someone I could trust. My instincts were right. He told us our 15 year old heater looked like brand new and would probably give us years of service. You don’t run into many who are that honest anymore and most especially when they’re dealing with senior citizens. They did they’re job and had us up and running in no time. Thanks Mike.
