Work Description: Front and Back Concrete and Landscaping (unlicensed)
Comments: If I could give this rating NEGATIVE 10 stars I would! We hired Javier for our back and front yard project in the community if Escaya in Chula Vista, Javier and his team came highly recommended; however, if you are a very detailed person Javier and his team will not work out for you, not unless you supervise him every single minute for the entire duration of the project. Javier will promise drawings to submit to the HOA but at the end of the day you will be left doing this yourself because he doesn't provide drawings and will sometimes proceed with the project ahead of HOA approval, so be careful not unless you have extra cash to pay fines! In addition to that, Javier will complete a project based on his preferences and his liking's don't be afraid to tell him to remove it and redo it! That was our mistake we left him unsupervised thinking concrete and landscaping were his expertise and boy did we pay, it was a total disaster which came with a $45,000 price tag, even my teenage sons could do a better job with no construction experience, yes it's that HORRIBLE! This is something we will have to live with until we save enough money to have his work demolished, so please do not make the same mistake.At the end of the day if you want a guy who will invite you to church and call you amiga but straight up rob you in broad daylight with his hefty cost then this is your guy! However if you want quality and want to know and feel that you've spent your hard earned money the right way, please do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
Also lookup his license he is not a licensed landscaper, he only holds a concrete license (C-8) and continues to do work for landscaping even pulls permits within the city of Chula Vista; however, based on his work he definitely looks like he shouldn't have been issued a concrete license as well.
