Work Description: Fix leak in shower wall
Comments: Punctuality is not a concern for the owner. If he is going to be 2, 3 or 4 hours late, you will not receive a courtesy call. Two tiles were removed around shower valves to get to leak. The job took 5 hours and I was charged $1,800.00 + tax which totaled $1,944.08. Tile was not replaced on wall. I don't know what the going rate per/hr is for plumbers but this was a very pricey job. Also, Mario tried to talk me into buying new valves and shower heads and the ones I had were perfectly fine. I speak Spanish very well and yet with all the things he said needed to be done and all the numbers he quoted, I have to admit, were all very confusing to me. I would not use this company again or recommend him.

Work Description: Needed to call a couple of times for inadequate worki.e. kitchen sink not running with hot or cold water after heater was installed.
Comments: It took 3 days for a hot water heater to be installed. The plumber came 7 hours after arranged time, late in the evening, on the day scheduled, subsequently causing additional time to have a hot water heater installed over 4 days, instead of the one day it should have taken.I won't use this company again.
