Work Description: Wood Floor - Repair or Partially Replace
Comments: This company gave me the runaround from the time they started the job until they finally finished the job. I chose this company even though their quote was higher than others I had received. After installing the floor, I was told that to stain and polyurethane the floor would be an additional cost. I was also told that to replace the baseboards would be extra, even though I asked him after his initial quote if he was sure of his price because I didn't want any hidden cost while he was doing this job. His quote wasn't very detailed as to the extent of the work he was going to do and how much each thing was going to cost (I guess I know why now) which allowed him to raise the price after in8tial installation. There are other things that I'm not mentioning, needless to say, I don't and won't recommend this company to anyone. I hope they learn how to be professional and honourable when doing work for people.and not take advantage of people when he finds out they live out of state!!!-
