Description: Here at CDS Landscaping we ensure a quality job and customer service. Our pricing is competitive for the quality of work. We do not charge anything upfront and pay once the project is complete. We do everything from sprinkler repair or install to landscape design and install. We give free quotes and do offer cash discounts The sooner you want the work done the better the pricing as well


For irrigation repair we charge an hourly rate plus parts. All new installs are up to code. I.e. We install a timer with rain sensor and backflow preventer when installing on potable water.

All new sod comes with 30 day warranty if it has an on ground irrigation system. Sod is fresh. When done we will send watering and mowing instructions and recommend a fertilization company to maintain on a regular basis and treat for insects.

What sets us apart from other contractors: We take jobs that benefit the company and reputation. I don’t take on jobs that don’t align with how I do things. I’m not here just to make a dollar.
