Comments: Our boiler blew around 5:00 pm on Thursday, right before the 4th of July (Friday) weekend. After calling a couple of nearby plumbers, we couldn't get anyone to come out right away.I submitted an online request via networx.com, and Patrick Cassidy called me a few minutes later. Patrick spent 45 minutes with my husband over the phone, asking my husband to send pictures of various parts of our boiler and asking my husband to check appearances and functionality of the various parts of the boiler. Patrick was so helpful walking us through the potential causes of the failure.
We were impressed that Patrick was honest and told my husband that he was not an expert in a system like ours and referred us to another company that specialized in our type of boiler.

Comments: Called me immediately to discuss price and set up an appointment. Of the 5 plumbers listed on the Networx page, they are the only ones that called me back. Originally scheduled for 8-12. Due to staffing problems, they called and asked to reschedule. Annoying, but more than made up for by them keeping me up to date about when person would show up via several phone updates. Tech arrived on time, and did a good job. Price was adjusted to reflect the work I did myself, as well as use of a 10% off coupon.
