Work Description: HVAC thermostat not working
Joe found and resolved problem very efficiently also put in new filter
Very important as I am 76 and had 7 year old grand child staying with me. Unit was very cold when Joe arrived.

Work Description: Igniter switch was cracked
Comments: Casey called set up appointment for first thing the next morning. Was here right on time!!! Older unit so didn't have part. Found the part, picked up and came right back! Took less than an hour nuts to bolts.Rep was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend Casey and will be using them again.....just hopefully not too soon!! 😜
