Work Description: Repaired hole in the ceiling.
Comments: Hired Carter Construction through Service Division Director, Joey Brown; however, another worker was sent to do the work and he appeared to have another idea of what was to occur rather than the discussion/agreement with Joey; he was clearly annoyed with job. He walked into our home when no one was there once, and the second morning he walked in without knocking. I was told that these small jobs were too much work and not worth the effort, however, Carter Construction reached out to me for the job and as a paying customer my expectations were not met as this was an important job for me. Poor workmanship overall, nothing was covered to protect my home, and there was absolutely no clean up at all -- sent photos and Joey said he would have someone come out to fix it and he offered to have someone clean up for an additional $50. This repair never occurred as promised -- so I followed up and a new person, Paul Vollmer, said Joey was now in another division in Miami. I explained situation and sent photos & contract -- he said it looked like it wasn't taped and said he would see what he could do. Paul never responded to my contact attempts again. Very poor customer service -- I would not recommend this company. They had me purchase the supplies prior to the repair and then once paid they did not correct the gaps and workmanship issues when I was assured they took pride in their work and work rectify the issue.Largo FL
