Work Description: Had two stage furnace installed
Comments: Out of three estimates, I went with caps heating because they appeared the most knowledgeable and were the best price. When Bob came out to give me the estimate, he came across as trustworthy and competent as he did not try to sell me what I didn't need. In the end, they did a great job in installing my new furnace and all my initial impressions were evident throughout the installation process.Clinton Township MI

Work Description: Installation of a furnace, A/C and thermostat.
Comments: Through networx...we were given the name of Cap's Heating and Cooling. Upon calling the number owner Bob personally answered the call and set up a meeting for the next day. Bob arrived (on time) and as we sat together he listened to our concerns, answered our questions and showed us what brand furnace was most efficient and the most cost saving. A couple days later we called Bob back (after getting 2 other quotes) we felt Cap's was the best choice to do the job. When the day arrived (and on time) Bob and his crew got to work. The installation of our new furnace and A/C was 'thorough, efficient and quick'. The crew had their jobs planned out and worked well together, like a well oiled machine...the next thing you knew the job was done!Together with Bob, we did an in-depth walk through to check on everything, making sure it was done to his satisfaction and ours. What impressed us deeply were the little extras he did above and beyond the call of duty. Little things he did that was unexpected and yet very appreciated.
It is obvious to see, Bob's first priority...is his 'Commitment to Quality Work' and 'Commitment to pleasing his Customers'.
We are grateful customers and would highly recommend this good company to everyone.

Comments: So happy we went with their recommendations. The air quality and comfort is tremendous and it is whisper quiet. In our condo units we are the only ones to have a 96 efficient furnace because no other contractors could figure out how to run the vent pipes to the outside.
