Work Description: - Replace cast iron sewer lines in crawl space - Replace toilet (including addressing complicated issue of flooring in doing so) - Moving an outdoor faucet from one end or the front of the house to the other (requiring a fair amount of plumbing under the house) - Shutting off and prepping a basement bathroom for remodel
Comments: We have had Canty Plumbing come to our house on four projects so far. A couple of others are planned. In each case, the work has been done flawlessly, on time, and with particularly excellent service, high craftsmanship, and great communication by everyone we have dealt with at Canty Plumbing. We can recommend this team to you most highly. The three main projects so far included replacing the cast iron sewer lines under the crawl space with all new PVC (a big job), removal and installation of a toilet, and movement of an external faucet from one side of the front of the house to the other side. Each of these jobs presented some special challenges in the case of our home, and, in every case, we have been highly pleased with the work and the service. The Canty team has gone above and beyond our typical expectations for such work in every case. On our projects, we have dealt directly with Mark Canty (and his assistants, who are terrific young men). Mark Canty is a real professional. He has explained the various options and issues on each project clearly. He picks up on things I would not know to ask about (even though I am pretty mechanical). He clearly establishes the goal, the options, and expectations so that the result is exactly what we are looking for (or better). Indeed, the communication with the whole team has been a pleasure. If there is a need for an estimate, the estimates have been reasonable (in my opinion) and accurate. I am somewhat of a perfectionist, particularly in things as crucial to our house as the plumbing. When I look at the quality of the workmanship that they have done, it makes me happy. For example, perhaps not everyone in life is jazzed by seeing a shut-off-valve put exactly where it’s most useful, but I am. I recognize high quality work and thoughtful decisions when I see them, and that’s what I see in all of the work they have done for us. In each case, there were noticeable touches of excellence. My wife and I have used some fine as well as not so fine plumbing services in our 30 years in the Denver area. I have not seen this consistency in the quality of the work with any of the services we have used in the past. We can most highly recommend Canty Plumbing.

Review by: Lexie Simmons from Golden CO
Work Description: We recently had new countertops put in and had our new sink countersunk, so the existing plumbing didn't fit. Canty plumbing was able to retrofit the existing plumbing to fit our sink, as well as install the new fixtures we just purchased and explained how everything fit together and how to troubleshoot any issues we may come across.
Comments: I would hire Canty plumbing in a heartbeat! They are punctual, provide fantastic service and literally have unbeatable prices! The job I had done was being quoted at over $1000 by some of the other plumbers, but with Canty Plumbing's ability to retrofit existing pipework, they were able to do it for less than a quarter of the others' asking price.

Comments: Canty Plumbing was the only company that contacted and called me back. I ended up not needing their services-however would consider them in the future due to their consistency/reliablity! THX
