Work Description: Exterior Painting
Comments: My house needed paint. It has cedar shakes, and the old paint job was peeling and flaking. George and Mario did the prep work needed to reinvigorate the surface, and then used a sprayer to cover the house with three coats of paint as I watched. Each coat was thoroughly rolled before the next one was applied to ensure proper coverage. These painters are confident and know all the tricks to produce quality results in record time.Additionally, George encouraged me to consider a color other than the original grey. He assembled a collection of paint colors that I chose online and painted them on my house for me to compare. The color I chose is so pleasing to me because he took the time.

Comments: Comments: George Mills and his crew did an outstanding job! He helped with paint selection colors (we asked), kind of paint, did lots of little repairs before they painted (window glazing, siding, added trim). They are certified for lead paint removal and did a great job educating us and neighbors and cleaning up. We had to leave just as the painting was begun due to a family emergency so needed to trust George and crew to do their best on their own. And they did! The cost was in the low-medium of bids while their work was of the highest level. We will be using them again for rentals.Federal Way WA
