Comments: Horrible company. They were assigned a plumbing job at my house though the insurance company. When they got there, their employee Chris tried to upsell me on all these additional uncovered repairs. They know that 1st American Insurance won't let me switch plumbers, so they try to nickel and dime their customers and take advantage of the situation since they know you have to deal with them. They will try to take advantage of you, and overcharge you.This company and Chris should be ashamed of their fraudulent / morally corrupt business practices. If you are stuck with them via 1st american insurance company, call them at (800) 553-6699 ext. 3574 and report them. They should be dropped by the insurance company.
