Work Description: Had squirrels or rodent in attic area, came in from the outside of the condo. They have a way to fumigate with a natural substance and it smells like peppermint. Was here about 30 minutes and the price is great compared to other companies. I would definitely use them again, no issues, no problems, tech had a good attitude and polite and professional.

Work Description: Fast reliable great customer service. Kept me calm during an encounter with scorpions.
Comments: In the process of remodeling came across two scorpions in a short amount of time. Went on network.com and typed my problem into the form. By the time I got email bugman express was calling me (Ben). He was very calmed helping me not to panic being this was the first time I have seen scorpions. Since it was late and office was closed He walked me through getting rid of the one that invaded my house, gave me a great price over the phone and showed up first thing in morning to take care of rest of problem. He spent a good amount of time listening to my concerns. Showed me potential problem areas and how to fix it , sprayed inside and out . Charged me what he said he would and wrote down all sprays used. Left me a business card and quote if I wanted to continue a quarterly service 3 month from now . Work Description: We were in the process of a home refinance and we needed a termite/WDO inspection done for our lender.
Comments: First, the response from networx to give us a termite inspectors business name and phone number in our area quickly and without cost to us was great.Second, Jim (the inspector) arrived on the day and time we had scheduled. He was very nice and did an awesome job
for us. A key point here is that Bug Man Xpress is a licensed pest control company and Jim is a certified WDO
inspector in our state. We are very pleased with networx and the contractor they recommended. Needless to say, we will certainly tell family, friends and neighbors about networx and bug man xpress. Highly recommended.
