Comments: Darrell is a crook. Specified the finish as top of the line Bona Traffic in the invoice. However we found out ( thy left empty cans in our garbage) that they used much cheaper, like 3 times Bona Mega. Darrell did not want to admit and refused to refinish. Cheats!

Comments: Rex Reese is an amazing flooring guide that offers extremely high quality hardwood flooring at a very competitive price. I simply would buy from him again; just not sure I want to do another major remodel anytime soon. : ) I shopped around the country and choose Budget Flooring and Rex because he took the time to educate us on many of the flooring decisions; specifically calculating the correct sqft for the 3 X 5 X 8 X pattern we desired. Of course the local installer wanted to sell us the floors and had much higher estimates and incorrect calculation for the pattern. Rex was great to work with when we requested a few adjustments to the size of the order, he simply just sent an updated quote with the history of the changes by date making it simple for the customer. His experience and honesty saved me thousands of dollars, resulting in a gorgeous final product. We placed an order of 4,400 sqft of Rift and Quartered White Oak Select and Better Grade (very little knots imperfections) ranging from 4 � 12 feet in length (highest quality you can buy) and about 21 Stair treads and risers. We had some minor delays with the mill in Missouri and transportation to KS. At the end of the day Rex kept the line of communication open, by updating us on the status at the mill, expected new delivery date, and recommending I get forklift to unload the delivery. The $150 investment in the forklift rental not only saved my back it bought me some bargaining chips with the crew on the remodel. Thanks again Rex. Our cabinetmaker was able to turn some the extra scrap wood into the shelves in kitchen and as backsplash in the office bathRoswell GA

Comments: I needed the hardwood floor for my entire house sanded and stained on an incredibly short notice. Darrell Reese worked around my schedule, came out and gave me an estimate. After meeting with four other companies, I hadn't found anyone nearly as professional, personable, or competent as Mr. Reese. He and his team came out when they said they would and did an AMAZING job on the floors. I mean... incredible. I'm insanely happy with the work they did, and would recommend them without reservation for any flooring job - you simply can't do any better in the Los Angeles area.Roswell GA

Comments: I was looking for a contractor to finish the floor job that was left unfinished by another contractor. Rex was the first one who replied to my inquiry, among all others he was the only one who offered to do an estimate for free at the same day. He gave me a very good price quote unbeatable". Prior contractor bought incorrect baseboards, so Rex went out his way and drove his big truck to Home Depot to exchange it. The floor was done in no time, excellent work **** stars. I only contracted him for the floor but as an added bonus he replaced the broken baseboard in the living room and replaced the rotten wood siding of 2 windows at no extra cost. It was late at night but he did not leave until he is done. If you need an honest, reliable and very friendly contractor, Budget Flooring is highly recommended.Roswell GA
