Work Description: Needed to have a new faucet installed in my kitchen within the same day due to a very important social event that evening.

Comments: Very impressed with Brown's Plumbing & Drain Svc, Inc. Within a minute of posting my need through Networx.com, they called me on the phone to handle my needs. As promised, their plumber arrived that morning professionally dressed in uniform. The plumber was very courteous and quickly analyzed my plumbing needs and went to work. He consulted with me to point out what needed to be done and got my concurrence when additional work was warranted. Overall, did an outstanding job on the installation. I will definitely use again in the future and tell my friends or people that might need a good plumber in the future to use Brown's Plumbing & Drain Svc. By the way, I was able to do other things without any worry due to the professional manner this plumber conducted business. They also have a process for payment that is smooth and hassle-free. Finally, the evening social event was a smashing success because everyone ended up in the kitchen and commented on the beautiful "new kitchen sink faucet".
