Comments: I am very please with the service provided by Brinks Service Inc. to repair a leaking water main inside my garage. Richard was assigned to do this task which he accomplished swiftly and expertly. Thank you for your service and punctuality. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this contractor for my future plumbing needs.

Comments: I was impressed with their professionalism and appreciated their concern for my belongings and the care they took to keep from making a mess including wearing covers over their shoes.
Brinks made our self's available evenings on several occasions and on Saturday/ Sunday with out charging overtime. Brinks pricing came in under the competitors by $700 and only charged a $65.00 service charge to help her out with some unconventional faucet repair that took expertise to locate parts (expensive) and worked into the evening during the rain storm, so.... we do not understand the 3 star rating for pricing, we saved her money! BTY- This customer is super nice -n- fun to talk with, anytime they need us we'll be there. WE work hard to please!

Work Description: Replace joints and such under sink, then eventually replace the faucet.

Comments: Manuel was great. He came to fix the issue with my water pressure and unfortunately it wasn't resolved with the first try (replacing the pipes and joints under the sink).

He was great and came back the very next AM to install the new faucet I got. He was even available on the phone the night before to help me pick out the right type!!! Highly recommended.
