Comments: From the start of the bid process to the very end the service was above and beyond what we have experienced with other contractors in the past. We were explained the bid and were told what to expect including the final bill which wouldn't change. Much to our amazement not only was the bill the same as quoted, the work and clean up after was superior and professional throughout the entire job. Comments: We were able to get our pipes thawed ourselves. However, this company called immediately and was willing to wait until we attempted to thaw ourselves. We had a local company that we found on google say it would cost minimum $599 and Brickhaaus quoted $159. Thanks so much.
