Comments: Excellent experience first time using Brewer Overhead Door. We had a broken spring to be replaced. Called and the owner, Dan, answered his phone on the 2nd ring. He gave me a quote over the phone and we set an appointment time for the following afternoon. Day of repair, Dan calls an hour ahead as a reminder of the appointment. He arrived just a few minutes into the two-hour window he'd given when making the appointment. He worked quickly, finishing in under an hour, left no mess behind and was pleasant and professional.
