Bowie Home Improvement Inc. was formed in January 1987 when Bill Schmitt relocated his business from New York to Maryland. He has been a professional home improvement contractor for over 30 years. While Bill was in New York, his small company had an average of 10 to 15 employees. This enabled him to not only run the business, but have personal involvement on each project. This is how Bill discovered how much happier his clients were with a "personal approach." It has worked so well that the vast majority of his business is from referrals.
Dan Alvarez has been doing structural work, framing, and general home improvement since 1995. In 2000, he joined the Bowie Home Improvement family and refined his skills in numerous trades. Dan believes that quality work is accomplished when he has given each job his personal attention. Dan strives to make every client part of the Bowie Home Improvement family for life.
