Work Description: 500' of fencing
Comments: On November 29 - 018My Robert A Kalterider (Bobbys Handyman) with his partner Mr. Weaver Samuel Stephen (Steve)
came and signed up the work contract in Spring .
They collected $2,200.00
Which part of it was partial labor the other part $1,400.00 was for them to buy the 129 4x4x8 posts with 80lb Saks of cement . Their reasoning was that they did not want the cement to harden and stay there. I accepted thir logic and paid for the said material.
Fast forward till today no work has taken place and Steve tells me my partner Bobby does not give me the money to buy the cement and the posts and Steve claims he quit working with Bobby and. I am out of luck. I asked Steve give me Bobbies address he refused. Well we had cameras and we run their license plates and taking them to court for fraud.
People be aware of their games. Steve and Bobby do not take our calls . The last communication from Steve to us was that a certified check be coming to us by the 23 of this month at 1 pm. Well I hope so .
Let's see how the good Christian as they claim who are hounest would do.
When I texted both of these partner's in crim as to what address they are sending the refunds and why not bring it in I get no reply and they stopped accepting our calls . If they refund us I will put the new update. People get copies of those driver licenses first and do not accept their charming ways of telling you how professional they are and ask for references. They delayed our work for two months and took our money.
