Work Description: HVAC Installation
Comments: I had a new HVAC system installed by this company a couple months ago. I went to turn my furnace on for the first time since the install and my AC unit outside turned on. As I only know how to do 2 things on the thermostat (turn temp up and down), logic says something was not installed or programmed correctly at install. At the time of the issue BNK was not available on the weekend and therefore aside from having another company come out my option was to deal with a cold house until the following week. As a consumer who just spent over 10 thousand dollars for a new system this is unacceptable. However, when I called and spoke with the owner, I was told that reimbursement for the other company’s visit was not an option and that I should have waited until the following Monday to call. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Customer service clearly is not important to them.Cleveland OH

Comments: Bill was very pleasant to work with and was very knowledgable about his product. His pricing is very good and Bill and his crew finished the job in one day. I am very happy that I was able to find BNK heating for my installation. The BNK crew will now be the only company I call for my HVAC needs.Thank for your service guys

Work Description: Vassily and his crew installed a mini split AC which was quite tricky on the second floor. They did it with ease, competence, and professionalism.
Comments: I highly recommend BNK Heating and Cooling if you consider installing a heating or air-conditioning device in your house. Besides, they are very nice people to talk to!
