Comments: I called Bill about 7:45am and he correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone. He arrived about 9am and the unit was correctly repaired and running by 9:45. We were very pleased.Belleville IL

Work Description: Was able to get unit up and running. It is 24 years old and needs to be replaced. He gave me a fair price ( but like everyone I'd like to see it lower of course)
He was right on time , courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He spent time explaining things and answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him.
