Work Description: Junk Haul Off
Comments: This company was scheduled to come on Monday, 7/5/2021 and called me at 2pm on 7/5 to ask to reschedule. I told them that we had to be out of our house at midnight and that it had to be hauled off today. They assured me that they would get to it on 7/5. I called at around 8pm on 7/5 to confirm junk had been removed and nobody answered. It is now 10am on 7/6 and I have confirmed with my old neighbor that the junk is still there. I have been trying all three phone numbers provided on the website all morning, multiple times and nobody has answered. I have left multiple voicemail messages and email messages to no avail. I believe they are now avoiding me. I am extremely disappointed and have been forced to hire a different company at a much higher rate now that the couch weighs a ton because it is soaked in rain. Do not use this company if you want reliable service! You've been warned!-
