In last 6 months I switched insect spray because they doubled my price since I had a 8 month break in service! I switched termite service because competitor quote was 1/2 their price , and then The Mgr & Owners At Beach got so Mad They Auto Cancelled my Lawn Service!!! For no reason .Jupiter FL

Comments: Our service tech Kyle was the best; always on time, courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. The office/bookkeeping is a MESS! No customer service. Quick to send you a bill, (even 90 days after you discontinue service - HELLO!), but never to respond to an inquiry, concern, and never got a call from anyone to try to salvage our business after we canceled, but then they also never bothered to tell our technician that our service WAS CANCELED either (he showed up as usual the next month :(.) I understand from other area pest control companies that the owner David Sprague is a really nice guy, however he is allowing FAMILY to work/run the office, which explains a lot. We miss our technician/quality service, but don't miss the lack of communication, RUDE and inept business manners coming from the office staff.Miami FL

Comments: I have to write to tell you how special A.J. is. Last week, while exterminating all pests around my mothers house - AJ noticed that my mom did not seem "right" and called me to tell me. I rushed over to my mom's house, and she had a stroke! I took her to the E.R. and thankfully she will be ok in time. What would have happend if Aj didn't call me? He is the kindest, nicest, most caring and gentle man - how many people would have stopped in their busy day to observe a customer and then call her daughter to inform her?? He is just very special and I wanted you to know that he also has called me from his home to check up on her and offered any help we many have needed. He really saved her life!! We will be forever grateful - he is one in a million!!
