Comments: I requested a service through the website which gave me four recommended companies. Within 30mins (he is the first one called me) he responded to my website request. Actually I did not know what kind of service excatly I needed. With limitted amount of information given to him, he came to examine my condo right away! As soon as he saw the "bugs", he extactly knew what was the problem. He at least spent 30mins explaining and instructing me how to solve and provent the problem. He did not even charge me... Can you believe it? He knew my place does not need pest control nor termite treatment as soon as he saw the "bugs", but he was nice enough to inspect the place and to give me instructions how to solve and prevnet the problem!!!! He is not only dedicated to his business, but he is also deicated to customer services!!!!Please take my words. If you need the service, call BBM pest control! You will be satisfied with the service!
