Comments: I am disappointed with my experience. I did not have a decent and honest experience with Abbott's Plumbing. I had been without hot water for three days. A technician was supposed to come out to my home on Saturday no one
showed up nor called. When I called thembach they said somone would be here on Sunday to get my hot water going. No one showed up nor called. If you cannot keep an appointment say so. This is not the way to treat customers. I will be making a report to the Better Business Bureau. Hot water is essential, especially during CV19.

Work Description: The plumer came, he cleaned up the main line and the line from the sink, drainned water. He worked from 11 am to 8 pm but didn´t fix the problem.

Comments: We paid $ 660.00 for the job plus $ 20.00 tip. The plumer told me the owner will send an estimate for the job needed to fix the problem. We gave him the check, asked for the receipt but he said it would be sent by email. I haven´t received the receipt either the estimate. I called the plumer, on Friday. It is the only number I have to reach them and asked for the receipt and the estimate. He told he would ask again the owner to send it, however I haven´t hear from them until today.
