Work Description: Replaced about 110 sq. ft. of vinyl floor tiles which had come unglued and were moving around.
Comments: Rich did a great job. He replaced all the baseboards, put a new wax seal under the toilet, recaulked everything, pulled out large kitchen appliances, etc.
