Work Description: Living room (upper walls as I painted the bottom half up as far as I could myself),stair well and a couple of hard to reach areas in the kitchen again, places I could not reach. Simple, one would think!
Comments: Many mistakes. Not a huge area to paint as I painted most my self. painters were hired to reach tall walls and area's that I could not reach. Messy and a lot of touch up work by a different person the next day just to "clean up" and go over some mistakes made by first crew. The first crew left garbage on my front porch, open paint can on my carpet. Second day the clean up went better but this was a small job and should have been completed if done right the first time in one day. Especially since the first day there were 3 people working on the project. Glad it's over and it looks good now but would not use this particular company again. The person that came in the second day to fix and retouch was terrific. Wish he had done the whole job himself. It would have been perfect. Was also told by the owner (on the second day) that he personally would be "fixing" and helping but ended up leaving, not doing anything to help. Not impressed with follow through. I would not recommend this company...too stressful!Note: my grading is no reflection on the person that fixed the problems on the second day. This is a reflection on the owner and his crew on the first day.
