Work Description: Front porch
Comments: My experience with Brad Young was a homeowners worse nightmare. In the beginning he starts off professional. We have a contract notarized. His work on the front porch was never finished and was structured wrong. Gaps all over and used plywood on the ceiling and left plywood on the posts. It’s now a warped ceiling. I have a major leak . When I notified him he actually took on a cocky attitude. He stopped responding and showing up to fix it. He is not a professional intelligent carpenter. More like a Handyman. He took my money and Never came back!!!!! My porch is 3 months old and I was told by a real carpenter this is the worse shoddy work he has seen. He said it won’t last through the summer. I spent 2 months asking him to fix this and he became more manipulative and insensitive. He is a fraud. He actually told me I better shut my lip because I was reaching out to his partner for help. I don’t have extra money to fix this. He also said this was my mess!!!!! I realized he’s not capable of fixing it. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.-
