This company is notorious for quoting jobs low, winning the bid and then hitting customers with change orders in the middle of the job. If they inspected the roof properly beforehand there should be no reason to hit their customers with thousand of dollars more. This company continues to operate, uses aliases and false information. 119 Lexington Ave, Passaic, NJ is NOT a real address. They change their business name, phone numbers and address to avoid the BBB and other disgruntled customers. The business practices of this company are nothing short of criminal. Comments: I wouldn't recommend this guy to do home improvement. He did not get the needed corner cabinets in my kitchen. He put a lazy suzan as a corner sink cabinet and installed an hand washing sink as part of the kitchen renovation. A sink you have to lean into to try to wash anything. He brings guys that do not know how to really do the job making simple mistakes and damaged my appliances. All he wanted was more money, stating that he had to pay his guys and their lunch, tolls etc... He had no plan and he wasn't even embarrassed by what he called a finished job. If you find him-Don't do it. You have been warned!Find something else to do Micheal this ain't it!

Work Description: Clean up and touch ups in the basement
Comments: I hired Mike to finish some leftover jobs in the basement. this included installing sheetrock, new windows, and touch-ups. He just did the most basic job one can imagine. He even did not close gaps in the corner of walls because that was not part of installing sheetrocks. Instead of paying attention to the job and delivering it in a form that I would call a "true dedication" he constantly called me and nagged me about the job being more than what he estimated, etc. After you sign the contract and give him the key, pretty much anything gives a reason for him to call you and nag about it. That being said, I would have had a much better time if I had hired a few workers and managed them by myself. All in all, he did a super minimal job according to the contract we had at the highest rate of nagging about it. He drove me crazy to the level I just wanted him to leave at the end and did not give him a hard time about gaps he did not cover, etc. On top of that, his team is so dirty. They split coffee and their food leftovers on the ground (along with some bins, etc.) and did NOT bother cleaning up. In summary: Save time and money by searching a bit more and just find some other guy and not Mike.
