Back in the summer of 2003, ATi Services of Tampa, Inc. was born so that the folks who live and own property in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida might have at least one, Dependable, Professional, Quality Minded Construction Company to call on when they needed to repair or remodel their homes.

Personal Experience Looking for a Contractor:
Owners Leslie Clark and Jack Zolnierowski were amazed at the lack of professionalism that existed in the Home Remodeling segment of construction, when deciding to remodel two bathrooms in their home, in the spring of 2003.
Leslie remembers:
“We would call companies that would NOT call back. We would set appointments and no one would show up. Some would show up late (with no call) and others showed up but their appearance was kind of frightening.”

After a month of this nonsense, ATi Services was born.

Necessity, the Mother of Invention:
We were convinced that people of all walks of life wanted good old fashioned service; follow up calls and estimates, dependability from workers and most of all good quality - to have a total package so the entire remodeling experience would be a more enjoyable one.
It wasn’t long before it spread by Word of Mouth, that ATi Services was the company to call when you needed a Dependable, Professional Contractor. Success and loyal happy customers was the result.
