Work Description: Exterior of house was pressure washed, caulked, repaired, primed, painted and cleaned up.Rwplaced all wood rot.
Comments: Overall it went great! Let met start at the end. No paint drippings or splatter on the new roof. No mess in the yard. No dried paint on the cement.He replaced all the wood rot. A wonderful feeling from a wonderfully new painted home. It looks great!Jeffrey started on the June 24, 2010 and completed on June 30, 2010. I called Jeffrey to get an estimate for the job. He arrived on time gave me the estimate and I accepted. He gave us paint samples and helped us choose the exterior colors. Quiet calming and helpful. He and his crew worked hard and were very respectful to us and to our home. I especailly liked the prep work his team put into the house even before the first coat of primer went on. Great Job!

Work Description: Jeff Frenkel painted two rooms and 8 doors and assembled a TV stand and floor lamp
Comments: Jeff showed up on time and did a great job with the sanding and painting. While he was here I asked if he would take on a few small handyman jobs and he was agreable to do so. He spent several hours with really bad directions assembling a TV stand and floor lamp that I was unable to make heads or tails of. I was very pleased with the job done and would use this company again.
