Work Description: The garage door was not working at all. It was showing that no electricity was available. It was dead.
Comments: Will called immediately after I had you. We visited on the phone for a few minutes about my problem. He offered some suggestions to try and determine what was the cause. After trying these without success, I made an appointment with him for the following morning. He showed genuine interest in my problem and was attempting to eliminate it the most inexpensive way for me. As it turns out, my unit was still under warranty and was able to exchange the unit.I have Will's phone number in my address book so that any future need I would contact him. He was courteous, timely and very knowledgeable. What a great service you provide... Thanks Evan
