Work Description: Replace Water Heater
Comments: Craig and Travis were beyond professional and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to discuss the options I was considering with replacement. The water heater is located in the attic in a very tight space. The current tank was installed with the remodel prior to me purchasing the home, and it failed causing a very bad leak which in turn flooded my home. The water had to be turned of at the street to stop the flow. I was told by a plumber (that I did not hire to do the job) that there was no way they could get a new water heater up in the attic nor get the old one down due to the narrow access. He said I would have to go tankless. I decided I needed to get other opinions before making such a costly decision, and upon submitting a request for quotes from plumbers on Networx, Craig was the only one who contacted me almost immediately. He talked to me for about an hour late into the night explaining the tankless process and offered to come by first thing in the morning to assess my situation. After inspection it was explained to me that several plumbing and electrical modifications would have to be made. Knowing that I was concerned about cost, Craig and Travis came up with a alternative solution. Not only did they find a water heater that they could get up the narrow access, they were willing to take the old one apart to get it down. The bid was beyond reasonable and and their work was extremely efficient. They did get held up at another job but came to me anyway and worked until 11 pm in order to make sure I had water that night. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.-
