More excuses, I'm sick, my dad is sick, wife is sick, truck won't start, owe other people money don't have to return to you...besides, you can't get blood out of turnip. Sheri Snyder is just as much a liar as he is. Did I mention he has an excuse for everything. He will be going to jail.

As of now still waiting for our money back as work was never started, and we no longer trust him and do not want him on our property. Comments: My experience with this company was absolutely fantastic from the very moment I received the estimate to the last touches on the projects. I received a straightforward, upfront, detailed bid, with no surprises, no hidden cost. Waterproofing a very complex garage in an old house with a sunken driveway is a tricky business, I compared several bids and talked to countless experts and contractors. However, I was lucky to finally find this company. Their bid was absolutely the best in terms of what it offered for the price—a structural, long-term, reliable solution to the water seepage problem as opposed to some “patchwork” suggested by others, often at a much higher price. There is an excellent knowledge of various aspects of construction behind what they do, and the expertise and experience are self-evident. Even though they ran into unexpected additional work at the demolition stage (when removing layers upon layers of old concrete from the garage floor they could not anticipate the amount and hardness of concrete to be removed), their final price for the project remained the same. The workers were punctual, reliable, efficient, and each day left the workplace perfectly cleaned up. They tried to work with absolutely minimum disruption to my everyday activities and those of our neighbors. The owner of Arch Homes was in ongoing communication with his workers and myself, providing updates on the project and outlining the next steps. And then there was a smaller project I asked them to add (sink replacement), which they did not only with the best workmanship, but went an extra mile to replace water-damaged boards under the sink at no cost and identifying a leak that was there for ages and nobody else could figure out where it was coming from. So, all in all, I am extremely satisfied with the results and the overall experience with company workmanship and professional ethics. For my next major project on this house I am unlikely to look any further—this company has gained (and earned) my trust and confidence.St. Louis MO

Comments: The tree in my front yard was trimmed so it was above my roof line. Also, I had sod installed in my front yard to repair areas that had been flower beds.Fantastic!! You can see my house from the street now, and I can see out my front windows. My yard looks great with the new sod. It blends in wonderfully!! Comments: My basement sustained severe water damage after a water main break. Richard and his crew saved our basement. They came in and removed everything that was damaged and completely waterproofed everything. He truly was a life saver. Comments: Richard Jackson was the general contractor for a complete rehab of a home we purchased in Lafayette Square several years ago. The home was built in the 1860’s but over the years had been neglected and had fallen into disrepair. We were so gratified and proud to see our (once glorious) home restored to its former grandeur. The contractor paid much attention to restoring decorative molding and woodwork so that our home looked as beautiful as it did when first built, yet it had the grace of an older home that had aged nicely. Seeing our finished product, we could not imagine any other contractor doing the work for us. I hope you will give this contractor an opportunity to work his magic for you too.-
