Comments: Take this as 4.5 stars. My attic step ladder needing replacing, and A&R got the job done in about 3 days from requesting help. Being the Holidays, Santa's helper needed access to attic very soon, so the speed was appreciated. Their technician came and took measurements, procured the new ladder, and came back in 2 days for the installation, with a helper, so the work got done quickly and efficiently. They did a good job with clean up. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is the first visit was canceled and rescheduled after the time it was supposed to be....but things happen. I'll keep A&R in mind for future projects.Concord CA

Comments: He got the job done. It was a simple job putting a mailbox slot in a metal garage door. The handyman reached out to me very quickly after submitting the request, within a few minutes on Monday, and we discussed the job. On Tuesday I sent him a text with a question. No reply. On Wednesday I sent another text; no reply. On Thursday I sent a photo and asked why I haven't heard back, repeating my question. He did finally get back to me on Friday and came by to look at the job. He agreed to come on Monday to do the work. He was an hour late (no phone call) but got the job done. I would consider using him for additional work as it is great to have a handyman to call. I hope he would be more responsive in the future.Pittsburg CA
