Work Description: Deck replacement
Comments: Contact this company to come and completely replace the deck. We also discussed other jobs that we want to complete in the near future and was quoted for everything. This was back in July. We were told that we would then be contacted for a time to do the work in a couple of weeks as Wood was sparse right now. We understood. A month went by with no contact so I reached out. Amnon told me he had family issues but he would be able to start the deck September 21st but the price needed to be increased. We said that's fine, we understood. Now, a week and a half before the deck is to be done, he emails again with the following email:Hi Robin,
I just got awarded a huge job that will keep me busy for months, so I'm really sorry that I won't be able to do your project. I hope that I haven't inconvenienced you in any way. Please let me know that you got this email.
