Comments: Yes run fast away from American Eagle!!!! Carl Bailey, is the one that quotes the job, he tells you whatever you want to hear and promises stuff that won’t cost you any thing. They take more than the 10% allowed and then asks for additional down payments. Carl said they aren’t fixing the ceiling or floors wher the original cabinetry was.We too, have asked for our money back and Paul the owner said that the job was a job was work in progress and the he would look everything over and get back Tom. He did not and I had to keep sending g messages to get answers.
Also the guys that showed up on the job were only hired 3 days prior to starting the demolished on our remodels ad the other worker said he was just hired the day before. They really did know what to do. Then the next guy who shows up do the wiring and get the electric, gas and water line put in to accommodate new layout fir appliances.
We gave them a total of $7800.00 between 12/21 to 3.22, and all I have to show for it is a torn down kitchen with gas lines sticking out of the floors. of the floor and ceiling.
Paul only wants to refund back $2,248.66 of the $7800 he received. I’m now getting excuses!
He has had 23 violations and has 7 pending!
So do not let them in they will rip you off. Big tuner!
Very frustrated and dissatisfied customer with their lack of integrity, honesty, and workmanship they have shown!!!

Comments: I called the company and Carl went to my home. He showed me samples of cabinets, doors, tile, and countertops. His prices were fair and he told me they could start in six to eight weeks. After a few weeks, Carl called me and gave me an update. When they started it took a few weeks for them to finish. Since my kitchen and bathroom were being worked on, it was a little inconvenience but my wife and I expected that. During the process we had some questions and Carl answered them or had them addressed. Overall, the job came out the way we wanted it to. I would use them again.Murrieta CA

Comments: BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! Company is a scam. They take your money and will fight you to keep it. We meet Paul at Murrieta swap meet and made an appointment for a quote to remodel our kitchen. He came and gave us a good deal and we gave our deposit. He said that they would not be able to start till 4-6 weeks. Also we talked over the materials we would like but he said he would show us the materials later when they would soon start on our kitchen. We did not finalize on anything. Paul said anything that was needed or the material we wanted, we would need to approve first before any material would be bought and any work would start. We would be hands on to everything and work cannot start without our permission. We asked for a website, pictures. They do not have a website because of all the bad reviews they probably would get. They have been a company since 1991. No official office, no recent pictures. They have no pictures because they never get their work done (per reviews).Then we decided that we could not financially start the project and went to swap meet a week later to cancel. He said that legally it would take 10 days for us to get the refund back. We sent him a text and an email about the refund and cancellation of our contract. He said that they already started and that he bought the materials so we would not get a full refund back. We told him that we did not agree or approve on the material and that would should not get charged for the materials he bought. We are still waiting for our deposit back. Read the reviews first, do a background check, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. They are supposed to be licensed but have nothing to back up their work. We will keep fighting till we get our money back. Do not work with this company because they will take your money and run.
