Comments: Junior and his crew were amazing! He did everything he said he would do and more...which is exactly what his reference told me he would do! They replaced all wood rot and sanded the south-facing wall to bare wood, before caulking, sealing and painting everything. In addition, they hand washed our gutters, windows and storms. They power washed and treated the deck. Everything is now shining like a new penny!!! Thanks so much Junior! Comments: I hired Junior to paint our entire home and was very pleased with his work. A) His quote was very reasonable, and his contract clearly spelled out what was covered and what was not. This clearly helped us avoid misunderstandings as there was some time from when he gave the quote to when we had him start the work. B) He was always reachable on phone or email for any questions/clarifications and was very prompt C) Quality of work by his crew and him was very high, they made sure to clean up the room after painting, put things back as it was and was always open to any feedback I had It was overall a pleasure dealing with Junior and I will employ him again for future services.-
